In Dec. 2024, Lithium Chile executed a binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with an Asia-based critical minerals group to sell an 80% interest in the Arizaro project. The structure of the sale involves the 100% acquisition of Lithium Chile’s Argentine subsidiary, Argentum.
On Dec. 22, 2025, Lithium Chile announced that the company had entered into a definitive share purchase agreement with China Union Holdings Ltd.(CUH), for the sale of its Argentine subsidiary, Argentum Lithium S.A.
Lithium Chile continues to work diligently to satisfy all remaining closing conditions. In parallel, CUH, a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, is advancing its regulatory approval process.
