SnapshotThe Alpamarca operating unit includes the Río Pallanga underground mine (currently suspended), the Alpamarca open pit, the Alpamarca concentration plant. Additionally, the Romina expansion project (Puagjanca deposit), is under construction, with expected production to start in June 2026.

The Romina project is progressing as planned. The construction of the tunnel and ramp commenced in December 2024.

In 2024, internal access roads, the tunnel portal, and the main ramp were completed, along with construction of the Waste Rock Dump (DME), internal roads, and construction facilities.

In parallel, areas near the Romina deposit are being evaluated to identify opportunities for increasing ore resources.

Summary:

The Alpamarca operations consists of the Río Pallanga underground mine (suspended), the Alpamarca open pit and the Romina expansion project.

The Alpamarca deposit is a structurally-controlled vein-type deposit.

Río Pallanga is a low sulphidation epithermal vein.

Romina Project focuses on the Puagjanca deposit, the surrounding areas also present growth prospects.

Romina II
The Puagjanca and Andrea deposits feature polymetallic mineralisation of zinc, lead, and silver. The mineralisation is in the form of lead and zinc-rich replacement bodies and mantles. It is located 15 km west of the Alpamarca mine.

Andrea, with high exploration potential and the capacity to extend the operational life of Romina.
