On September 2, 2022, a subsidiary of Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc., ADA Carbon Solutions, LLC, entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreemen with Caddo Creek Resources Company, L.L.C. to sell all of its membership interests in Marshall Mine, LLC to the Caddo Creek Resources Company, L.L.C.

On March 27, 2023, ADA Carbon Solutions closed the sale of Marshall Mine, LLC.

The Caddo Creek Resources Company is wholly-owned subsidiary of NACCO Industries, Inc.
