Add Harmony Group Limited holds an 100% indirect equity interest in the Chongsheng coal mine. Mining License is issued to Shanxi Shuozhou Pinglu District Huameiao Chongsheng Coal Co., Ltd valid till 14 Dec 2039.

To thoroughly achieve business transformation, the Group, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong Qinfa International Trading Limited, sold the entire equity interest in Perpetual Goodluck Limited on 11 July 2025 to Add Harmony Group Limited, a company wholly owned by Mr. Xu Jihua, the controlling shareholder. This very substantial disposal and connected transaction involved the disposal of the Group’s interests in three coal mines in Shuozhou (80% equity interest) and two coal mines in Xinzhou (100% equity interest) in Shanxi, China.

Summary:

The projects area is located in the Pingshuo coalfield, which is part of the north sector of the welldeveloped Ningwu Coal Deposit of the Shanxi province. Several Carboniferous-Permian and Jurassic coal seams are developed within the Ningwu Coal Deposit, although the north sector only has carboniferous-Permian coal seams presented.

The stratigraphy developed within the Pingshuo coal mining zone mainly consists of Ordovician, Late Carboniferous and Permian sedimentary rocks, and Neogene, Quaternary soils. The coal seams are presented within the Late Carboniferous and Permian rocks and the Ordovician limestone strata forms the basement of the coalfield.

Coal seam 4 has a thickness range of 13.7 to 19.8 m, averaging 16.2 m; parting numbers range from 4 to 16, with an average parting thickness of 0.6 m; interburden is not available; roof and floor lithology is siltstone/mudstone.

Coal seam 9-1 has a thickness range of 6.7 to 9.5 m, averaging 7.9 m; parting numbers range from 0 to 5, with an average parting thickness of 0.4 m; average interburden is 20.0 m; roof and floor lithology is sandstone/siltstone.

Coal seam 9-2 has a thickness range of 4.1 to 6.14 m, averaging 5.2 m; parting numbers range from 2 to 9, with an average parting thickness of 0.5 m; average interburden is 6.2 m; roof and floor lithology is sandstone/mudstone.

Coal seam 11 has a thickness range of 0.5 to 5.9 m, averaging 2.0 m; parting numbers range from 0 to 2, with an average parting thickness of 0.3 m; average interburden is 8.4 m; roof and floor lithology is mudstone.
